I'm going Sunday at noon.
Its good to go to these events to get on the notification list not only for Mercedes but for the marketing lists for other brands too. In the past year I've been for the Volvo R, the 740, and the Lexus whatever.
When they had the introduction of the C-class coupes, there were also the A4, IS300, and 325 to toss around and compare.
Don't forget to check into the Crossfire event post to see the repackaging of the 320 engine and drivetrain. I am going for the noon on Sunday slot.

Has this event occurred in any cities yet? I would like to attend the DC event, but I believe all times are booked up. Last weekend GM did a similar event near DC with many makes and models. Since I was more than impressed with the C320, I have since became very much interested in this event.
Reason I ask, is they did internet registration, but walk-ins were also allowed. I'm wondering if walk-ins will be allowed for the Mercedes event as well.

The Miami event was yesterday and even though we had confirmation numbers, we were pretty much a walk-in.
We didn't get preprinted name tags and no one checked our names off any list...we just filled out another form like the one online and signed a release for driving. It did ask for the confirmation numbers but I didn't have them and left it blank.
It seems like the online registration it is used for crowd contol and to get your e-mail address for their use.
