Haven't been to the asian restaurants in Fenway, but there's a pretty good Thai place called Brown Sugar. That's on Comm. Ave.

I just did a search on city guide and you are right, there are 2 locations. Have you been to that one?

ya, wasn't as good as other places ive been to imo. I think jae's, house of siam (both on columbus ave.) and rodee 2 (on peterborough) are much better. pad thai from brown sugar was much too sweet. Restaurant was too dim. And I don't know about you but I left kinda unsatisfied, but then again I am way bigger than you lol.

What about before July 17th so I could actually attend hehe. I'm leaving Boston on the 17th.

I have been to Brown Sugar once and .. I wasn't too satisfied.

There's a few parking lots in the Brookline area but like other lots in the city they get filled up rather quicky and early.

Rodee is a good I think (both 1 and 2 are good) I don't mind where we are going to eat as long as it's not bad and easy to find parking.

Sure, anytime before August 7th is fine (I am heading home for 2.5 weeks). Anyone else interested to meet?

What about lunch at Legal Seafood in Newton, MA? It's on Rt.9 I believe. Parking is going to be easy as there is a huge lot in the complex.

or any other ideas? I think anywhere in city does NOT equal easy parking

There is also Starbucks Coffee if not too many people show up and just want to get some coffee and talk about cars. It's on Rt.9 as well, I think it's still in Brookline.

While I live in the city, I agree with Holson, parking will be a problem. What about meeting in Brookline on the grounds of the the Larz Anderson Auto Museum?

http://www.mot.org/Info/directions.html

There would be plenty of space to meet and check out each other's cars. Those who want to could bring a picnic lunch or dinner.

I'm away this weekend and next (7/12-13) however I could meet during the week any day luchtime or dinnertime or any other time.

What about we all meet for lunch on a weekday or after work hours at a Coffee shop or something? Careful w/ setting up meets around Fenway area (when there's a baseball game)

Seems like more people are interested this time. How about a vote on time and place?

I have July 26 in mind. What do you guys think?

Before finalizing on a time and place, might I suggest listing meet locations where you guys can be sort of "attractively" seen and be attention grabbers. From my experience with past meets, that's one factor in determining the success of a meet. I'm not asking to have the cars lined up along Boylston in Copley Plaza (forget about parking there) hehe , but at least meet up at a spot where the ladies are willing to check you (and the ride) out

If you guys pick a decent time and location, I might consider stopping by. I need to make a trip up to Boston sooner or later this summer

I might be able to make a meet, but I'd much rather NOT come into Boston if I don't have too. I'm flexible though.....
