CARS & COFFEE - Blackhawk, CA - first Sunday of Every Month
Just letting all Bay Area enthusiasts know about my current favorite car meet. Dozens of classic, exotic and collectible cars get together every first Sunday of the month in the Blackhawk Plaza of Danville, CA. It runs from 8am to about 10 and they even bribe you with coffee and cookies. It almost lets you forget its Monday the next day.
I hope to bring my C55 out with the Ghia next time.

This particular meet has always been in the Blackhawk Plaza of Danville.
I haven't been to the Novato meet, but I know that there is an SF Cars & Coffee that meets on Pier 32.
The Blackhawk Cars & Coffee meet is Tomorrow at 8am, hope you can make it!

This one is a lot closer to me than the other Cars and Coffee meet. They seem to always meet at the exact same time. See link below:

Must of happened after I left. 
Cold tires and no counter-steering = bad things will happen.
Have a feeling the local cops are going to be very strict for a few months on everyone after this situation...

I counted 7 AMG's at the meet this past Sunday scattered through the parking lots.
I got there around 8am and had to park with the Camaro group in the fourth row (not that there is anything wrong with that
) How early do we need to get there for a decent spot?

It was the best AMG turnout to date! I brought the Ghia and C55 at about 7:20am and basically had my pick of the left hand lot (prime right side was about filled already). I overheard some guys in a 911 club (back row of the right lot) get there before 6:30!
Your CLK63 BS looked spectacular MOFLO- dig those meaty shoes you had on it!
Who had the C32 parked behind me (badass one with quad exhaust and Brabus wheels) and why the hell didn't I meet anybody?!?

Come out, it's a great time! I recommend getting there by 7:45 for a decent parking spot. At that time you will likely be parking in front of the theater, back into whatever available spot you want. Free coffee and cookies in front of Anthropologie and don't forget the Auto Museum tickets they hand out when you're driving in!

Thanks! That is my track day setup. Definitely helps keep the power going to the ground and moving the car through the turns.
I couldn't make the C&C this past weekend or next the next one in March. Hopefully catch you guys in April!

We missed ya this month Moflo! Though I did see a good turnout of AMGs including a nice black C55. I brought the Ghia yesterday and my Dad wanted to bring his new-to-him Cayenne S, so we were Merc-less...

Unfortunately, they really put us on lock-down since the M4 accident. Cops are everywhere and there were even security guards patrolling to tell us we can no longer 'loiter' on the sidewalk filming car departures... Lame!

It has been a bit, but I thought I might as well throw some fresh footage your way. Cars & Coffee Blackhawk is still the first Sunday of every month in the East Bay, about a half hour East of SF
