Orange County (LA welcomed too) Night Meet 2 6:00pm,Cruise,Dinner
TimeFor here again. I am going to plan another OC tour Night Meet on Jan. 17th 2004. If you attended the last one on Aug 23rd, you know how huge of success it was.
The route will be much like the last one; except for a few areas we had problems with last time. Ie, traffic. Last time we had well over 100 cars and I would like to see this one just as big. As before, we are inviting all the BMW and MB forums… As well as any one else you might know. Directions will be printed out in a much high quantity this time (Sorry about that) and the meet place will be Tustin Market Place again.
Isn't that where a young man in a M3 died when the car crashed, burst into flames, and he was trapped inside? This was all over the BMW boards about a month or two ago. It happened during some big BMW GTG.

Sorry I haven’t been on top of this. I have been very busy with work and winter classes. Anyways, the meet is still on and we will still be taking Santiago Canyon. In light of the tragic death of James on October 4th last year, the caravan will be making a 3rd stop at the crash site to pay respect. You can read more about the incident on the links below. I am told that there is plenty of room to pull over on the road. We will be stopping there for a few moments before we move on. I urge everyone to take it careful on this run. I am going to try my best to keep people from being separated. We now have 3 stopping points, so don’t feel the need to catch up if you fall behind. Also, if you have a radio, please bring it. Radios and cell phone numbers help everyone stay together. Directions will be passed out before we leave.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it right at 6. 6pm is just the meeting time. We are going to start getting ready to leave around 8. For those of you who this is your first meet, Tustin Market place… Old IKEA parking lot. It’s a very large building painted brown and yellow. It’s the first left ones you enter the center. There is a Taco Bell and In and Out in the same lot.
I’ll be posting a lot more as we get closer to the meet. Any questions you can email me though the board. Please tell everyone you know. The bigger the turn out the better. And there is almost no limit on how many cars we can park at Tustin. Everyone is invited. So far I have posted on E46fanatics, Bimmerforums, SoCal Euro, MB World, and Bnzsport. If you know another forum, please tell me.
Thanks
-Jayson
