Get enough people interested and I will definately go...

Im always near there... But what would be an even better meet... OBI on a nice sunny day. Its a great place and a great ride out there ( at least for me, Ocean Parkway, great trip). Also the first beautiful Sunday of the spring OBI and/or Captree is PACKED with cars comming out for the first time since winter. Its a great place to take pictures.

But whatever, gather enough interest, post on the other MB forums, not just C-class. I'm in...

PS... That first sunday Ill be there, probably with my Triumph, and my dads Cobra (soon to have around 600+ hp... plus a 2500lb car... WEEEEEEeeeeeeee) and probably 10 to 15 other Snakepit members.

Lets do it later in the month of Feb, like the end of the month. There is still salt and sand on the road plus it is going to snow today. I haven't taken my cover off the car in almost three months. I can wait a few more weeks to not drive it on crappy roads.

Wrong Ocean Parkway!!! I was talking about the one that runs along Jones Beach! Not Brooklyn!

Yup, thats the one baby! And yes, that is what it's called. And like I said, the best shoot is at the OBI at the end (just before Robert Moses).

Hmm... A thought... a while back I remember a Porsche club having an autocross in the Gilgo Beach Parking lot. I wonder what would be involved in getting one of those set up. Permits and money!!! Get a few other forums, BMW, Porsche, VW, Audi, Miata, etc. in on it to have a good turnout. Maybe talk to SCCA to help us out. I would love to try my car on a course. Anybody have any experience with this, or know any one?
