Jeff Jackson is the real deal!
Just got the extended warranty on my 2012 E350 with Jeff Jackson after luckily finding this forum. 3 year 75000 miles. My local dealer wanted $3800, got a quote in another state for $2700 which I almost went with. Actually forgot I had left a message with Jeff last night, he called me today with a super low price of just under $2000!. Saved $700 more bucks in 10 minutes, very impressed.

I emailed Jeff Jackson on Friday afternoon and he promptly got back to me with pricing for 2yr CPO extended Warranty for 2014 GLK (CPO) that I was purchasing the next day. The dealer didn't want to sell extended warranty for some reason. It took a couple days to be reported in the Mercedes system as sold but Jeff was able to help me complete the transaction yesterday over the phone and promptly sent me a copy of the contract. I used the Mercedes Me app today to confirm the CPO extended warranty has been applied to my GLK.

I will make sure to use him for any future Mercedes extended warranties!

Assuming it still under warranty I would guess yes. I would give him a call or email him to confirm.
