Sorry bro, I missed your pm... Yes it includeds everything you need to mount it.. Fogs and everything.. Does not need repair. As mention is has rock chips from normal use, On the bottom of the bumper its a little scraped up But you can't see it if you mount it unless you crawl under the car. I have never shipped a bumper nor anything this size yet, Ill ship it if im must... Got to find a box and stuff for it.
