The bumper was shipped in the exact condition that it is in the pictures, with "one" not "three" blemishes on the lower lip. I intentionally took many hi res pics so that I would not have any issues.

You can clearly see all issues with the bumper if you look.

The buyer contacted me about the problem and I wanted to have him contact his body guy as he was planning on repainting the bumper already as part of an insurance repair. The price of $150 to repair the issue when I knew they had to repaint it again (his car is silver) was very high and unreasonable. I explained how the issue could be fixed very easily and much cheaper. At that point he didn't care and wanted to know if I was going to give him $150 or not, i said no.

At the end of the day your sourcing your own "used" online parts for an insurance repair that is most likely netting you a profit in getting your car fixed. I can’t blame you as I would be doing the same. but you bought a used bumper online after seeing many pictures of it, you knew you would need to repaint it and that there were issues with it.

I feel that I laid everything out on the table as anyone can see above.

good luck

if he was planning to repaint it....and if there were 3 cracks....shouldn't be $150 to fix....you can get a bumper repainted for $150 (on the cheap side)....$150 is too much too just bondo the cracks ..

So if I bondo the bumper which is a ridgid material on a very flexable bumper and it cracks wile putting it on I'm on the hook to pay for the paint twice. What you cant see in the pics is how bad the crack really is, there is the one you can see and there are 2 others that run right and left plus some hairline cracks. I paid a shop to do every thing, it cost what it cost which is 980.00 all finnished. had the seller said it was cracked I would have never bought it. To mdweiss credit he was a great seller other than not disclosing the fact it was cracked, He waited a week till i had the funds ready and shipped quickly and repiled to my all my emails.

High resolution with no description of cracks is still a scam. If no one is looking for cracks they wont see them especially on black. If your out is that you took high res. pics.....you are a scammer. I do agree with Djrabbi that $150 to repair is down right stupid. You should be able to get it repaired and painted for $200.
