FS: Carlsson carbon rear under diffuser for R230
Hi, up for grab is a Carlsson carbon fiber rear bumper diffuser for SL500(R230), and R230 OEM rear bumper that's already cut out for the diffuser to fit. I purchased it new but never got around to use it. OEM rear bumper was bought used / unpainted. Due to bad storage there are some clear coat cracks on under side of the diffuser. It will not be noticeable once installed but just to make a note. Will NOT fit on AMG models. Please see pictures for details.
Bought it for around $1700, asking $850 with rear bumper already cut-out for it. Located in So.Cal. prefer local pick-up. thank you

Carlsson recommends their exhasut to be used with it, but I've seen it with Brabus exhaust. I assume it'll work with other brand exhaust as well but I can not gurantee it. Thx

cuz i have my own r230 oem bumper(without the parking sensor), do u still have the menu or instruction to show hw to cut the bumper? and i c u have a brabus exhaust for sale too. would they fit into this diffuser?

No instructions were ever provided with the product from Carlsson. This part is designed so that it fits right into the OEM rear bumper arch line. The part you have to cut off is the bottom black part of your existing bumper where it arches across the exhaust tips. It's actually pretty easy. Yes, Brabus exhausts will fit with these diffuser as Carlsson tip cut outs are almost 9" wide, whereas Brabus dual tips are 6.5" each side.
