2010 g class light bulb?
Did a search but was unsuccessful so needing some advice
i have a 2010 g550. Noticed the other day that my daytime running lights are totally different. The hue on one looks like xenon and one looks like an old school halogen.
I think it’s just bc the bulb is dying so looking to purchase a replacement.
What is everyone using? Hoping to purchase one from amazon ( bc I’m lazy)

The 2010 doesn’t come with the LeD strip yet unless you retrofitted it so i think your city lights are w5w bulbs. I think the factory ones are the Philips blue coated bulbs. If you want something brighter take a look at
philips makes two models: 6000K and 4000K. I find 6000K too blue and usually get the 4000K one which matches well with the factory 4300K xenon more but your call! They are both very bright. I usually get a set to upgrade cars with incandescent bulbs

You'll want 194/T10/194 wedge LEDs. Can't just be any led either, has to be canbus enabled or it'll throw error codes. Ours will work perfectly for you:

You'll want 194/T10/194 wedge LEDs. Can't just be any led either, has to be canbus enabled or it'll throw error codes. Ours will work perfectly for you:

I had issues finding wedge bulbs that would fit in the tiny hole into the headlight itself. The wedge on many fit fine, but the actual bulb is larger than the wedge, which prevented it from passing through the hole.

Those would work also, but those are 4300K so color output is soft white vs pure white. Your call. Haven't had any reported issues with the v5.2a not fitting through the hole opening.

here is a pic of the light issue I’m having
yoo can see from the pic the drivers side headlight is fine but the passenger headlight almost looks like the old school halogen
what do you guys recommend for this?

Oh that one, the main beam. I’m guessing the yellower one is on its way out. Someone may have replaced the one that’s still bluer in the past with a newer bulb. HID capsules yellow as they age
