So I just drove down to Newport today and it didn’t vibrate over 60 mph, just made a wind noise as expected from a mirror if this size ind the wind.

before the problem was fixed it would whistle at anything over 25mph.

If your noise goes away with the fan off, this could be the cause.
yes my kids also call it boiling kettle noise..lol. Yes it only comes with hvac on with fan speeds 3+ And seems to be coming from rear right, almost the d-pillars. . I’d like to learn more about the seal gap..you can only see it when the panel is removed?

Mine comes on at hvac fan speed 1 and above….have been driving with HVAC off most of the time…very annoying.

Also, I don’t need to be driving, mine happens anytime the hvac is blowing….😢

You both are described the door seal gap that I had when the right rear door panel was removed to fix a lock (do Not use the child locks! I posted about this before).
Anyway, there should not be any whistling when the HVAC is on. Check the gap between the inner door panel and the glass window. There is a rubber seal which should be flush against the glass. If it isn’t, air from the HVAC blows past it, causing the whistle.
