4 holes on mount interface only 2 is thru holes

Hi 2019 G owners, Ive placed a order for a G63. However an option for trailer hitch is not an option here in Asia. It is however standard in U.S.

I am trying to buy or find the part#. I took a pic of a g63 undercarriage here with the hitch interface in the dealers showroom. It does'nt look right. Theres only 2 bolts for mounting.

Can anyone here in states help take a few pic of their 2019 g550 or g63 undercarriage hitch mounting and brand or part#.

Any idea is this the standard hitch setup that comes with all G550? On my order summary it shows up under Standard Accessories as Q59 Trailer Hitch Preliminary Setup. The salesman taking my order had no idea what that meant or where to look for the answer. He also said no prior customers had ever asked about towing with a G550.

That setup came stock with my car.

This hitch is under Code Q59
