Salesperson reached out to see what changes I wanted to make lol...here's the G63 DOG (had to break up as it's too big to post the full).

Here's the 500 - I had to delete a few pages as this forum only allows 5MB and below (so no cover, TOC, etc.) but this has all the new features. Enjoy!

Quiet here. So what’s everyone think of the new colors?
Jade green and Jupiter red are the enticing new exterior colors for me. South sea blue metallic is interesting, would like to see what it looks like on a G.
On the interiors, bengal red becomes a contender for me along with my original favorite classic red. Given that I love the classic though I wouldn’t pay a premium for the bengal. I’d consider platinum white or saddle brown to go with exterior colors I like that wouldn’t go well with a red interior. Though again I’d probably skip the price premium and go with macchiato for those.
I wish they would have removed the requirement for CF or PB trim in order to get the dinamica/CF steering wheel.

Dig the new options and colors and think the new night package plus would look hot with certain colors. And like the gun metal grille addition (wonder if the badges will be gun metal as well?)
Sticking with designo olive metallic with night package but going to add the obsidian black roof, and dropping down to 21s now that there is an all black option. Considering the black seats with red contrast stitching but want to see if red seatbelts can be added. If not may just stick to solid black.
Also was surprised to see leather wrapped grab handles are an option...I mean they’re standard on my Range Rover which was 60k less so just assumed (silly me) that they’d be included...
Overall the new options are sweet (if not a little overwhelming).

In the DOG it says that option "LH1 Heated Steering Wheel Removes standard AMG Steering Wheel Buttons (U88)"
If I am not mistaken, isnt code# U88 the AMG drive control that is seen in the E63s?

Wow, that white with all the black trim pieces is killer. Wish I had waited for a 2020, oh well, each year each brand comes out with something cooler. The problem is we are "over-auto'ed" with each brand struggling for market share. It used to be that they changed things every 5 to 7 years, now it's pretty much every year. It's going to get to a point where it makes zero since to buy a new vehicle, as there will be multiple choices for 2 to 4 year old models that still look very similar to the new one at 60% of the cost. These manufacturers are shooting themselves in the foot.

Good point.
I'm going for the Obsidian Black roof w/Olive Metallic body and the standard night package. I think if I was going with a lighter color or a grey, I would definitely do the bumpers and arches in black as well.
The only thing I'm still debating is the wheels. I spec'd the 22" because originally was told they wouldn't have any other options in 2020. But now there's a 21" inch all black wheel that's nice. Love the look of the 22s but I'm really worried about them since I will use this car on the highway in NY which is not so well maintained (Taconic State Parkway for any of you NYers...).
I'd really be interested in any advice or feedback anyone has on 22s - I've heard the ride comfort is compromised due to the lower wall ratio and that they're loud...but then I wonder if there really would be a noticeable difference between those and 21s...haven't heard much on these boards about the 22 so may post something separate as build finalization gets closer...
(I already know I need to swap out with smaller wheels w/winter tires to handle the winter season regardless...)

Too familiar with the Taconic. I often find my self on the Taconic on my way to South Vermont. Honest to god, I got rid of my old G-wagon because of the Taconic! haha. Too swervy! I am debating the same as you. 22 vs 21" option. I think the 22" looks WAY better and the full cover over the lugs is dope. The 21" will give you 1/2" more sidewall in total. Not alot but some more to absorb the impact. At the same time, the stiffer 22" may have better reaction and hold around corners? Don't know...
If I get the 22" I will mount a 22" spare on the back to replace the spare that comes with it. You can buy a 22" wheel for $1800 and mount a spare tire. I might leave one in Vermont so i am not stranded (had my first cracked rim on my 21" wheels on a gle63).
21" or 22"... we should know how to jack up the G63 and change the tire for sure.
For winter, I will be getting 20" MultiSpokes wheel from http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mer...63a_suv_alloys

Living in Westchester County. Can assure you the ride on the 22's even in Sport + is far superior to previous G's and no problem on these roads

Thanks, I printed this then trotted over to local dealer to make my order. It was very helpful since the order-taker seemed unfamiliar with options. Got a September build date so it was all very efficient.

UK configurating tool is being updated and just noticed two cool new options not mentioned in the DOG
Headlamp protectors and blacked out Mercedes star - not sure if these will be in the US.

My 2019 G550 order went "hard" today with no further changes allowed, other than it migrating to a MY 2020. I have all the same options as my original build, well at least i hope...Unfortunately, the heated steering wheel (original code LH1) and the comfort seat package (original code PA9) do not show up on my PO order. Though, there are 5 option codes that show up that do not have prices nor descriptions, as follows:
GK1
XN0
01U
1B4
1T0
I am desperately hoping that the heated wheel and comfort seat package are one of these codes, and i have my dealer working to get me the confirmation of what these codes are, otherwise we have an issue....as both were a requirement for me to buy this car.
Anyone have any insight as to what these codes are?????

I believe PA9 is the seat comfort pack and LH1 is the heated steering wheel. From what I heard, 2020 G63 US production should start in September. Assuming the G550 is the same, get someone on your dealership to make some calls!
