G63 + Akrapovic

Wanted to share my G63 Edition 1 with the Akrapovic Exhaust system. All I can say is that it is amazing !!! 10 times better than the OEM one 😁

These exhaust tips look much nicer than the OEMs.

Is there a way to simply swap out the tips while leaving the exhaust system stock ?

I noticed on the akrapovic website that there’s two options of the evolution exhaust for the 2019 g63. One states OPF/GPF while the other does not. Is anyone able to clarify the difference?

MY23 C63 S Final Edition

Ran across Shmee this morning at Topaz in London. He was in his G63 and started it up to give me a demo of the Akra - unbelievable! Far louder and more aggressive than my Brabus exhaust albeit I think he's lost the OPF which mine still has. Really nice guy.

I believe OPF stands for Otto Particulate Filter which is what the Euro cars have on them for EU regulations. US cars don't that that added to exhaust system so we should be the non-OPF option.

European cars are equipped with the OPF/GPF due to stricter emissions over there. For the moment, all North American cars come without the OPF/GPF.
