I like pdeacon's thought. Get a tow hitch cover that has a flat enough surface and put the sticker on that.
Another similar idea is to get a vinyl black spare tire cover and attach the sticker to that. Replace the OEM cover with the vinyl cover when you want to go on the beach and then switch back when done.
If you must put the sticker on permanently that location seems to be the best out of the available options.
I think I'll try tape on the window. Seems like the easiest solution. But I think it has to be on the outside of the window. It has to be clearly visible, and from the inside, the tint may hide it too much for the beach patrol's liking.
I ceramic all my cars but to be honest, not sure its worth it... the benefits seem more physiological vs anything really tangible.... lets just say i wouldnt be able to tell when it wears off... 🤷♂️
