Parking brake will not disengage on MY2020 G63. Tried everything. Have a call in to roadside assistance. Frustrating...
With holiday weekend probably nobody on the boards but any thoughts? Thanks.

This happened to me once as well - were you on an incline? even when I pressed the accelerator, my car didn't budge. I think it's because I was parked downhill on a steep driveway and the car's sensors thought I was going to crash into the street.

No incline. Literally sitting in my garage. Vehicle would not budge. Service tech came out and finally got it to disengage after about 20 minutes with a VERY LOUD POP while in reverse. Taking it in this week for further evaluation. Still not sure the problem tbh.

Please keep us posted! out of curiosity, how many miles are on yours? wonder if it's a break in thing or not.

How long was your truck parked in the garage? This happened to me recently also after being parked for about a week - I finally got it to release with a loud pop in reverse. I suspect that surface rust caused the pads to stick. Didn't have it looked at so I will be curious what they find out with yours.

This happened to me in my s65. I washed it and put it right away in the garage I noticed the rotors were a little rusty and then I heard a pop when I went in reverse.
It did not want to move I had to give it a little gas.

yup, same thing happens on my car when i wash it and just park it in the garage right away. even after 1 or 2 days sitting, the parking brake starts to stick. makes a loud pop when i give it gas to break the sticky rotor/pad.
