Couldn't do white for an interior - I have Shell in my SL and it shows every smudge mark and piece of dirt. It always looks filthy unless it is freshly detailed.

I think the exterior does not compliment the interior. Too much going on outside. Don't care for the interior scheme at all, especially that silver wood (or whatever color it is). That will get dated looking quick. Finally that's too much for a 550, level up and go the 63 at that point.

If you had looked at their web site it was apparent that it was being sold at MSRP - sorry for pointing it out even though I am not the OP, who happens to be a great guy that has helped many here on the forum by the way.

I'm curious. This seems to be on the high end price wise for a 550. Does everyone think this price will hold? Have others paid this much for a 550? Or is this not that uncommon of a price for a 550?

my 550 build prior to jumping into a ‘20 G63 was 164k and i was fine with paying it... then found my dream 63 spec with all my options/color choice for about 205 so over 40k difference... the price difference does make the decision easy (its only 40kish) and hard (its still 40k more). but the key reason on some people still wanting to go with a higher spec 550 is the long wait for 63 and markups which vary by regions/state. And i am not one to buy a bear bones g63 to keep it within range of a 550 cost.... options matter.

You may not realize this, but many dealers advertise MSRP on cars like this but when you actually contact them to make the deal, the story changes. That's why it's always best to check with the source.

In regards to G550 prices, mine has a sticker of just under $161k and it has the Zen wood steering wheel, which cannot be had on the G63, and we were told it might not be able to be added to the G63 if we bought it - if someone knows for sure let me know. Bottom line was it cost about $20k less than a G63 sticker-wise and we get exactly what we want, not just close.
