G63 - No Night Package?
Hi,

New to the forum - Y’all are awesome here. I tried placing an order for a ‘21 G63 in Magno Olive exterior with Night Package. Dealer called today and said these are not combinable for ‘21, and my only option is the magno night package.

The configurator shows they are combinable. I’d prefer not to go w the Magno package because it blacks out the wheel arches.

Has anyone placed an order that can confirm either way? Thanks

The dealer is correct. Magno paints are compatible only with the magno night package. Magno night package is new for 2021.

For the 2021 model, the magno paint only can do the night package magno. Your dealer is correct. You can try the build on MB-de, it doesn't allow you to add the regular night package to any magno paint.

Thanks so much!! I’ll have to accept the black flares in exchange for the other aspects of the night package that I love.

Strange that the configurator on MBUSA will allow Magno paint with non-Magno night package. I built an Olive Magno build yesterday and it didn't make me choose Magno Night Package.

This is where I ran into the issue as well. Believe it's because the US configurator is a 2020 build.

That’s really interesting. I have one of the first 2021 G63’s per my dealer. Build date was 9/22/20. I built mine dark olive magno with night package.

My sales advisor didn’t give me a 2021 ordering guide to build off of. Wonder what my G will look like.

Well for sansan - that's straight forward - have your Salesperson pull the VII - there are three parts in VII that add up to the Packages and Options that rig has

my SA said VII didn’t help. He talked with distribution in Germany and they confirmed Magno night package is on my car.

will be interesting to see what it looks like since haven’t seen it in person at all yet or even online.

my SA sent me the 2021 ordering guide just now but no pics of the magno night package.

It should be the same as the Night Package + with the Black parts in Matte vice Gloss.

Yeah, after looking more carefully it seems like it's the same as the night package plus but in magno.
