35" tires on 2019+ G63? Anyone able to do it successfully?
I know there are at least a couple of 2019+ G63s on 35s (at least in pictures), but I don't know how they are doing it. I'm running a 50mm LeTech lift with the perch all the way to the top, and the 35" tire still rubs the intercooler lines. If you put the fender liner back in, it makes it even tighter. This pic actually doesn't show it fully, but as the tire rotates it rubs the black lower line, as well as the lowest silver line. We are going to try and move the intercooler a little bit forward, but everything is packed in there pretty tight. Not sure how to get that extra space.
The wheel fitment is critical, and I'm running a 10.5" wide wheel with 35mm offset, and 23mm wheel spacers. That barely allows for tire clearance on the knuckle, so I can't run less wheel spacer to pull it in without the tire hitting the top of the knuckle.
I would think a race fabricator would be able to move those two lines fairly easy. You have several great turbo system builders in Texas especially the SAntiono area. Plumbing is not a big deal I would think especially as such a large part of the system is rubber. If you can’t find one let me know if you need a contact number.
update: I sent your pics to a fabricator I have known for 30 years and have asked him for some info/guidance
A 4x4 Squared won't fit in the garage, otherwise we'd have one. I'd probably even consider portals on the 2020, but again it won't fit in the garage. That's a cool RC truck. I'd probably just go all out and get the 6x6 one though!

Thanks. Let me know what he says. My initial thought was to relocate the lines too, but wasn't sure how much of a pain it would be.
@Mopars did you ever hear back from your friend about this plumbing issue? We didn't end up having time to mess with trying to move the cooler forward because it was going to take a lot of work, so I'm just going to stick with the 33" tires for now. I'd still like to run the 35s though if I can figure out a solution for the lines.

Even with the lines moved and the cooler shifted forward, don't you still need the plastic shroud to keep the cooler venting from collecting debris?

Yes, but that's a pretty easy modification compared to moving the cooler. Several options exist like moving it forward some once the cooler is out of the way, or cut the protruding part out and recreate it with some mesh or other cover to protect it.
Reviving this post to see if there was any new insight. Wanting to use the Eurowise 3.5" lift kit and run 35x12.50 on 20s, but know over 33" and sensors get mad working with Distronic and such. Hoping maybe a way to have something coded or a speed sensor swapped.

I emailed gwagenparts.com earlier as they sell multiple kits and one of their portal axle kit makes mention of new ABS sensors. Reading it seems to imply these can resolve the errors so I have messaged them for insight on if so can I buy the sensors and add them to the Eurowise 3.5 kit I am looking at. Or perhaps it just needs new sensors due to the portal setup. Also their Eurowise 3.5 kit page makes mention of "You can adjust the level sensors to trick the vehicle to see its not lifted" but there is no insight on this, and that note is preceded by the whole over 33" is an issue. Really think gwagenparts.com can clarify better as Eurowise and 3WDist weren't much help on the kits they have.
and this is noted about the 4" lift kit but isn't clear on if its the 2018 or older
I am totally fine with 33s on a 3.5" lift but still read about rubbing front inner fenders so trying to pick 20" wheels to run 305/40s but may have to be 285/55 to avoid rubbing or if could 22" wheels with 35s.
Mike (Owner) and Garrett ( front end) at EW aren't that far from AL and do installs on top of having fabbed the kit... they kit allthe extra's needed to make my 4" JWO springs work ( which I love...)
