Turn signal wasn't on as he was cross-cutting lanes, so the lane keeping assist kicked in. Same situation as Boeing's 747 Max MCAS.

This place is a joke.
Lesson: Don't drive a 6,000 pound box like a sportscar. Unless you really need a G wagon for off road travelling, there's no reason to buy one. Hint: Only the owners think they're cool.

I agree with you statement, it’s a 3ton box not a sports car.

Btw, Don’t be coming to g forum and saying smack about it. If you don’t think it’s cool, keep it yourself or go rant in other forums

Nah, the lane keep assist doesn’t activate if you are deliberately turning across lane markers. It doesn’t matter if your signal is on. Try it on your 2019 G550 (if that’s the model year you have).

He was going too fast for the turn and available traction.

Totally agree. And the G is 100% cooler than a Range Rover, which no one would buy if they could get a G instead.
Your signature says you have a 2019 G63 on order. Maybe time to remove that... or file a lawsuit!

Wow the wheel coming off is a big concern. Aftermarket wheel perhaps? Cant tell

but that aside, wow the G held it together without spinning or turning over

lol, thanks for pointing out, fixed. Got it back in July 2019, enjoy every minute of it
love the rangie but in its own way, very unreliable and sublime when it works. G wagon is way better with hits quirkiness, there’s nothin else like it!

Great to hear! Sorry, I mistakenly thought you were the basher - probably because you never took delivery of your G.

Glad you’re enjoying yours. We love ours. Had very high hopes and they were exceeded.
