MSRP G63?
I love the car and only paid 7k over sticker in so cal.
my question is- how can I go about having the same dealer who sold me the defective g550 honor a g63 msrp deal? I feel that since the first car I got has been nothing but problems that perhaps they would be willing to give me a g63 for sticker? I’d order one if that’s possible just to not pay over sticker. Any suggestions on how to go about this or who to contact to see if it’s a possibility?
happy holidays!

this scenario is IF it’s bought Back.
fording not available random error message
car randomly shows all safety features as “unavailable” or not working properly.. no error codes but I have footage and images of the issues. Been in shop 3 times over 21 days. MB can’t fix the first issues

then They “fixed it” 3 times ... literally still doing the same thing.
2. Mercedes wants to avoid Buy-Back - that Buy-Back process on MB side is handled by 3rd party outside service
3. By "got a attorney" - is that your personal attorney - or a "internet attorney" ? The reason I ask is your personal attorney wants what is best for You - a internet Lemon Law Attorney just wants Lemon Buy Back to collect his fee.
4. Depending on mileage - the "wholesale auction value" of your G63 will be at (or slightly above) what you paid (which I read as MSRP+ $7K)
5. The thing that "Could Have Helped" you was your Dealer asking for Mercedes Trade Assistance - which would allowed your Dealer to give you trade-in value for what your originally paid - you would buy a Interim New MB within 30 days from that dealer (call it your interim MB) - which Mercedes does require that to give the Dealer that Trade Assistance. Doesn't matter what that Interim MB costs - if less you get $$ back.
6. I guess you are committed to Lemon Law Buy Back -based on a a "Service Manager's" comment (whoi knows absolutely NOTHING about Lemon or Trade Assist) - and the member's here who were offering you support (not knowing about Trade Assist)
and frankly a damn shame - since Trade Assist would have been cleaner.
7. Once you trigger Lemon Law Buyback with MBUSA - you're on that path - and Trade Assist is not available to you.
8. On Buy-Back - screw what you paid for the G - go for "Mannheim wholesale auction value" - sh*t buddy - if you get your Head-Right you can come out fine - but buddy you need a Course Correction in your head to get on the right path with this that will work BEST for you.

if that’s the case my car is paid off and im
given back my down payment + my monthly I made.
once that’s handled I’ll have the option to get a new MB or any other vehicle I’d like.
in regards to trade in, I don’t want to do that because even if my truck is 145k for trade in and I owe ie; 145k I am still missing my down payment and monthly that I invested into the vehicle.

The parking sensors ALWAYS go off and there is nothing around.
And the drivers assistance stuff never works when it rains or snows.
