what’s the best way/product to grease door hinges on a G550?

B'laster Surface Shield is a great product. You can also try Lucas Red n' Tacky grease. just make sure to really push it into the joints to ensure the grease coats all surfaces inside and out.

With your fingers, preferably with a latex glove.

A heavy duty spray oil might be better at seeping into seams and cracks, but it's almost impossible to avoid oil overspray. Good oils will resist even a thorough was afterwards (after all, you want the product to be as sticky and long lasting as possible) so you might want to consider putting up paper over all local areas if you're going to use spray grease.

Are you looking to grease all of them?

CLP - it's designed for firearms but is a very thin lube that can seep into the exterior hinges and provide corrosion resistance. Typical grease is too thick and will just trap moisture.

I have to admit I'm confused. On another thread ACF-50 and CRC are touted, here it's CLP, Blaster and Lucas. My question is will any of these do for hinges, door seals, windshield seal, etc.. Undercarriage is a whole different thing.

CLP is just for metal on metal and a very thin lubricant film with anti corrosion properties, ideal for the exposed door hinges on the G.

For anti sqeak on the door seals I'd use a silicone grease, for under the windshield seal I'd use a water displacing corrosion inhibitor.

CLP on firearms has to be replenished after a few hundred rounds. That's because it's very thin, so it is removed easily. It would be good for hinges on the G if you want to add more every thousand miles. If you want it to last 10s of thousands of miles, use grease.

Yes, you have to do the same with the silicone grease on the door seals, strikers, and greasing the drive shafts and front hubs, just do them all every oil change.

Because the 463 hinges are a closed design with no zerk traditional grease is too thick to fully coat or protect the 463 hinges and will only trap moisture into the center of the assembly.
