Change from G550 to G63

Looking for some input on trading my current 2018 G550 to a 2018 G63. Both are CPO and have similar mileage. Thoughts? Am I missing that much with a G63?

Thanks.

I think this will depend on your own perspective and needs and wants. What are the reasons you are considering the trade? G63 limits your ability to simply choose a smaller wheel due to the larger brake calipers. That might matter to you or might not.

Built 2008 G55 & one big 80 Series LandCruiser !
Use case and desire, if any for mods may drive that decision.... if none - the 63 certainly has an upscaled interior trim and decent bump in HP.... but limitations if you want to wheel it or overland vs. the 550...

More details ?

Sorry for the delay. ‘

I’m looking mostly for power and exhaust note. In a perfect world, maybe I would overland it, but that is not in the cards right now. At the moment it’s my day to day cruiser about town. A little pep in the step would be nice, but I’m not sure if that’s worth the extra dough. Might save the extra and get a 911.

Interesting choices - G63 or 911 😳
Can't think of two more different vehicles.

Agreed @fallen but I think it is safe to say both are automotive icons and boxes all enthusiast want to have checked on their experience list.

If you just want a fast G, go with the G63, if you're looking for a pellet cleanse and something completely new, go 911.... but I'd try the G63 first before getting out of the G game.

I would add the 911 to the hive. Keep the G550.

As someone who had a 991 (2014 911) and 2011 G550… I vote this option. I sold my 911 (mostly due to wanting a manual instead) and kept the G, but hope to add another 911 alongside my G again.

g63 is pretty unnecessary and I happen to prefer the 550. Ability to add a 911 just sweetens the deal for me in your case!
