One LED side marker light flickering but others don’t?
My front right LED side marker light on my 2002 G500 occasionally flickers after being on for about 5-10 minutes. The error on the dash comes up when it happens. The weird thing is that none of the other LED side marker lights do that. The ones installed (not by me) didn’t come with resistors and are just “plug and play”. I’d think that would be the culprit but none of the other lights have resistors and don’t flicker and throw error codes except the front right. Does anyone know what could cause this? Corrosion between the connectors? I unplugged and replugged the connectors and didn’t notice anything too bad.

There may be something built into the other LED lights.
If they're flickering that means they're not drawing enough current to make the computer happy. You'll have to add a load resistor in there. I found with LED bulbs vs the typical halogen bulb draw, usually a 12ohm load resistor works well. 50 or 100W capacity is best for heat dissipation.

Been wanting to go back to OEM side marker lights and bulbs but can’t find them anywhere and they’re on backorder on Mercedes.

I know it's probably a long shot, but you can ask on here and over on ClubGWagen if anyone has their originals as a lot of people upgrade to the LED versions and probably store their OE ones on the shelf.

No I didn’t. I went back to the factory side marker lights. Not so much OEM, but the VW Rabbit from the 90s, as well as the VW Vanagon, use the same type of side marker lights, minus the correct wiring. I had to splice together the connector from the LED side marker lights to the OEM ones. They work perfectly now with no errors.
