Should I wait until 2023?
HI
I have a G63 75 above MSRP. I just can't swallow that fact I'm paying that much more. I wonder will I regret it in a year when the 2023 is announced?

I just finalized also at $75k today. Figured enjoy what we can right now. Who knows what the future holds? I don't think these cars will lose value significantly. I say go for it.

I have a 2020 that I bought for $20,000 over MSRP. It now has 27,000 miles and I was offered $180,000 as a trade-in on a 2021 zero miles for $100,000 over MSRP. $75,000 over MSRP sounds like a bargain. No one will give you an allocation at cost. The world has changed. Market conditions mandate greater pricing.

Friend of a friend paid 120K over in LA. So, 75K seems like a good deal.
At the current market most luxury cars are over sticker. For X6Ms they are asking 20-30K over. For V8 Defender they are asking for 60K over, V6 go for 10-20K over. You get the point.
I paid sticker for my G63 about 2 months ago, ordered a year ago. Personally, I would not paid 75K over but that just me.
If you really love the car, then go for it. For 2022, car prices will not change and might go even higher. It will probably subside in 2023. Best of luck!

OP - i can almost guarantee to you that there will be so much demand for the 23 models that you will most certainly pay a big ADM anyway and you would have lost like 2 years enjoying driving this car… the client list for a 23 and probably a 24 will be very long so i doubt any dealer will honor at MSRP price.
Tough situation to be in for sure…

No more MB:(
6 months ago 75 was crazy, now seems like a "good" deal depending on who you're talking to and which market you're in. If you want the truck just buy it and don't look back. Life is too short. Unless the world falls apart there will always be an ADM on these.

I wouldn't pay $75k over to get one, but I am choosing to enjoy it and not sell it for profit.
Based on your posts OP, it seems like you really want one, so go for it if you can afford the ADM. Life is short.

doubt that. want to lose 30% as you pull out of the driveway??? I also have had 10 different Rovers and this new model refresh is god awful… looks like the rear of an escalade and the same front they have been using for 10 years… blah.
and dont get me started on that new interior 😒
Mass production car = range rover
High demand/low supply car = G63

Prices are crazy. So is demand. Purchased 2019 G550 with 16k miles last month for 167. Sales mgr said they wouldn't sell it for any less than 190k today.

Yup. They are asking for 30K over for the new RR, to just be on the waiting list. In stock RRs will be even higher mark up next year.

If you are driving the G for the thrill of it's performance, it would be difficult to go back to Range Rover. Having come from years of Range Rovers, I was so happy to get rid of that vehicle. For me, tech and handling are it's biggest disappointments.

Yeah I think most of us have had a Range Rover or Sport before getting a G, like a gateway drug. It’s hard to go back.
The Range Rover is nice but they are everywhere. New one should be a little more exclusive with starting prices above $100k but still should be relatively easy to get.

My 2019 G63 has 5100 miles and the dealer keeps sending me offers.. Last $167K which is about what I paid when new.
I jist got a 2022 BMW X6M Comp for winter everyday use, and I was thinking about selling the G....until I drove it last Friday.
With my fabspeed exhaust it really is a very special car. No sale.

Agree the RR will still do well but to compare this refresh to what they did in 2013 is laughable.

I have a X5M and a G550 and when the snow hits, I run to the G. I have found when you get into any amount of snow, the X5M’s low ground clearance plows the snow, where as the G drives over it…..and of course the 4wd setup on the G.
I guess it all depends how hairy it gets by you. (I am on the border of Canada and Montana).

Can you tell me the dealership you used to put your order and the contact of the person who took your order. Would love to put an order for one! Here in LA, everything is priced up.

One local dealership asked for $30,000 over (Land Rover Van Nuys) and another local dealership laughed when I asked to put an order at sticker (Land Rover Encino).
