I have a Yellow with Saddle and Black that was built on 12-15-23 and hoping for delivery around 1-15-24. It will have night package plus and black roof. I have had 5 yellow vets and back in the day a yellow H2 which I still miss to this day.
There is one available in Myrtle Beach right now. I really liked yellow vehicles until I found out about Guy Fieri and his obsession for yellow cars. Not a fan of him and somehow I don't like yellow cars anymore.
LOL I love how even with not knowing a single vehicle of his, you can guess accurately what cars he would be into. Money truly cant buy taste.
Also the yellow G63 definitely stands out amongst the masses of grey/black/white/silver ones, but cant shake the school bus vibes its giving me due to the car's shape.

In 1989 I was going to Boeing 727 type rating school for 6 weeks in Dallas at DFW airport using the old Braniff simulators. At the time the largest corvette dealer in Dallas was Frank Para Chevrolet. One evening after school I went over there to look at the new vets. I really liked a yellow one on the showroom floor the best but was afraid the resell value would not be good. I started talking to a gentleman on the floor when he said his name was Frank Para. I expressed my concerns about the yellow. He said people are hesitant to buy a yellow one new but will buy a used one. He pointed out to his used car lot that had two yellow ones and said this new one will sit here for three weeks but both of the used ones will be gone in a week. Three days later I went back and both the used ones for gone. So I bought the first of my 5 yellow vets and when I put one up for sale they are gone within one week. In 2007 I bought a Yellow H2 Hummer and still miss that car. My local Mercedes dealer told me that they will pay 5K more for an old H2 if it is Yellow. Anyway this long story is why I didn't hesitate for one minute to order a Yellow G one when I found out it was available.

Sweet! Thanks for sharing. How do you get a build date with a dealer? Everyone I spoke with said two year wait, so I'm buying one off the lot, but would love to get 100% of what I want. Some of the bloggers post about bespoke G63's, but I can't find anything about this. I would love a Saddle or Beige headliner, Brown dash and saddle seats. Love the yellow! We're purchasing a Magno Copper Orange ourselves.
I am not sure how you would get a list that has the highest allocations. I check eBay and autotrader to see who has the most advertised.
Got ya. This worked well for the vehicle I'm in the process of purchasing, but this doesn't really help for seeing who may have open build slots. I guess just have to call each dealer. Was hoping for a short cut.
I like Yellow on sports cars, like my 718 Spyder, but I am not sure about a G. I have had a deposit on an electric one for about a year now so it will be interesting to see what colors they will come in.
Finally arrived. Really happy with it. Now I need to figure out the best way to black out the silver portions of the running boards. The wrap folks don't think wrapping them will last.

One of the best color combinations I’ve seen. Looks awesome. Is that an S next to the G63 emblem in the back?
