Wireless CarPlay Adapter
Has anyone tried the Carplay2air dongle or something similar? I’ve seen some mixed reviews on other forums but mostly positive. Would be great not have to plug-in every time for CarPlay.

Should I actually end up with a G63 - i.e. I'm not [further] screwed by MBUSA on pricing, a bait-and-switch by the dealer, financing isn't criminally expensive, my trade isn't unexpectedly worthless and/or the world economy hasn't collapsed into a random pit by the time my order arrives in March.... this'll be the first accessory I order ;p

Pricing is in-line with the rest of overpriced G accessories. Will keep everyone posted when I order. Hoping someone has used this adapter on a Mercedes. The CDJR guys have a long connection delay, which would be a deal breaker for me.

Hooray! Great find @JAGGED155 - I didn't even know these adapters existed! I've just ordered one I can at least use in rental cars while I'm traveling, and also my G63 (should it ever arrive!)

I suggest you stay away from ordering this. I placed an order last week and they sent me an email 1 week later stating they are out of stock and because of corona virus no shipment is being made out of China. The delay is possibly until February 10th and that’s if the shipping ban gets lifted. You may be looking at weeks if not longer before it gets shipped.
In the meanwhile this company has no problems taking your payment for an item they don’t even have in stock with no clear idea of when they will have stock again.

For the people who bought this. Is there a problem when 2 persons that already connected to this device goes in the car at the same time ?
Is there a primary phone ?
Cause if I have the resync this device everytime my girlfriends takes the truck (assuming she sync it with this device). its a problem.

I really wanted to like this.... the connection is pretty unreliable, however. When it does actually connect, music playback will often go "stuttery", or the screen will pixelate.
Stick with a wired connection, IMHO.
