G63 differential service

2,000 Miles — Fluid Services on AMG® Models
Most Mercedes-Benz vehicles don’t require major maintenance until they hit 10,000 miles. However, AMG® Models should get service at just 2,000 miles. This is a quick check-up and includes a replacement of rear axle differential fluid on C-Class, CLA-Class, E-Class, and SL-Class models. If you have a G-Class model, you’ll need a front and rear axle oil change.Services are different for AMG® Mercedes-Benz vehicles because these were originally a sub-brand of Mercedes. Wholly owned by the carmaker since 2007, AMG® vehicles still represent a model that goes above and beyond the standard Mercedes, particularly when it comes to speed. That enhanced performance changes many of the vehicle’s maintenance needs, so it’s important to understand the unique demands of an AMG® model.

30,000 Miles — A Major Milestone for AMG®
For most Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the 30,000 mile inspection is nearly identical to the 10,000 mile visit. For an AMG® vehicle, however, this is the first major service visit. At 30,000 miles, AMG® models receive:- Rear axle oil change
- Engine air filter replacement
- Transmission oil and filter replacement
- V12 AMG® coolant service
I only know as much as what was posted on the dealer's website. If your dealer isn't selling and servicing many AMGs, he might not know what the maintenance schedule is. Call a dealer somewhere in the sunbelt (likely selling many AMGs and G63s) and inquire there.

My guess is that dealer website is using 2018 and prior info.
I called three dealers - the closest one told me to look in the manual and follow it. I did and the manual doesn't say anything about differential fluid change. A little disappointing since I was thinking of servicing my car there. Maybe not any more since they seem clueless.
I then was able to speak to the other local dealer and the dealer I purchased it from, and in both instances was able to speak to someone in the service department who spent some time looking at the maintenance spec sheet and the first entry was the A service at 10k miles. The front and rear axle/differential fluids don't need to be changed until 50k miles.
Although I can't find it in writing, I'm not going to worry about the 2k change as it does not seem to apply to the 2019+ G Class.

Also may end up trading for a 2022 depending on a price increase and any updates. A dealer nearby has a 2020 G550 with non diamond stitched interior and 8000 miles listed for $174k haha. These things are keeping value.
