The code is: Always drive in Sport mode or higher.

Seriously, anything less than that is always agonizing to me.

There is but my dealer couldn't do it as per regulations (according to them). Unfortunately I think all new gas cars need to have it activated every time you turn on the car.
I did it back in the day for my 2013 BMW but regulations have definitely gotten stricter since then.

I would love for this car to remember the last input you gave it for: auto start-stop, lane keep assist, active break assist and exhaust flaps! It will feel like a god damned coding job every time I turn on this car lol.

Not true at all. Bizarre fake news.

You are probably correct, the video I saw was probably of a 2023 G63 4X4 squared.

The fact that the G is not “refreshed” and updated every few years is a positive in my view. You know it will look the same forever. I would expect a revised interior at some point, but the current gen is only 3-4 years old.

I don’t think anyone here knows for sure. Given recent spy shots would say likely mild facelift for 2024 but that is a guess.

This shows better views of the refresh for the AMG model, the front bumper vents have vertical slats similar to the grill and the rear bumper has the camera exposed to the elements right above the license plate. Not a good change in my opinion!

More interesting is the additional camera in front of the rear-view mirror, indicating more advanced driving assistance (i.e., steering assist).

How do we know that the start/stop isn't always activated and there is no way to shut it off? Could be the opposite of what he is saying....

23 allocations done? 24's starting?

Hello Everyone A little background I am waiting for my g63 allocation to come in and now I finally made it too the top of the waiting list and I was told that in April My dealer was supposed to receive a g63 AMG allocation they did not receive I was mad and upset but got over it and am now waiting to see if may will be any different . Just a few days ago I received a call from my local dealer saying that he received a email from Mercedes indicating that the production on the 23 g63 AMG may be over and the next allocation they will receive will in fact be a 2024. Has anyone else received this info is it true are the 23 production of g63's over? Will the 2024 be the facelift? How long will it take for the 2024 G63 AMG allocations to be given to dealers. If anyone else has heard anything or is in the same boat please reply would love to hear what you have heard or what you have been told regarding allocations or the supposed facelift or just anything that can be helpful .

My reliable rumor source says MY 2024 will be no change whatsoever. Will see.
