If I had to guess, we are only starting to see the August or early September builds arrive. The couple weeks in August were (to my understanding) only used for factory specs, with the earliest US customer build slots occurring in September. I have a long story about figuring out these builds, but maybe I’ll save it for another time if relevant.

I really like that G580 feature I see on Youtube where the truck can turn 180 or 360 without moving. Talk about fun and convenience. I wonder if that can be done only on dirt/gravel, or if it is doable on pavement? Also, I wonder about the wear-and-tear on factory tires when you pop that move? I only wish the G63 doesn't have such an ATROCIOUS turning radius. Seriously, I don't recall ever making a single u-turn with my '24 G63. It's always a 3-pt turn (angering drivers behind me)... Don't get me wrong, I absolutely ADORE my '24 G63 (and have no intentions on trading it in for the '25 facelift model), but its turning radius is not the best when you live in the city.

A word of caution after owning my G for a while and speaking with my friends who also have Gs - always be mindful of its HEIGHT, especially in urban areas like where I live where indoor/underground parking is the norm. Several of my friends have already scraped the roof of their brand new Gs, and it's not a cheap repair job. I had started a thread here a few months ago on the issue in case you're interested: https://mbworld.org/forums/g-class-w...adventure.html
Stay safe.
