Off-Topic Comical Relief
Hi G lovers. I know it has been a difficult week for those of us who invest in the stock market, as well as for those waiting for clarification from MB about their yet-to-be delivered G Wagons, but at least we made it through the week.
Here's a bit of off-topic comical relief for everyone: the orange man imposed a tariff on a couple of islands in the Antarctic. Those islands are unpopulated by humans, and the dominating species is... penguins.

Thank you for sharing that laugh with us, I think most of us need it. I took a look at my stocks today and I feel like I lost a couple of G wagons - ugh!!! Have a great weekend and thanks for putting a smile on my face!

Hahaha... He would tariff a pet rock if he could... Thanks for the chuckle. I really needed it to help me put things in proper perspective. The market was horrendous this week... I feel like I got body punched by Mike Tyson during his prime.

The last I saw, right at the tariff deadline, there were several countries squealing to negotiate a more equitable deal. I love how so many naysayers are saying what they were saying, after the worst administration ever, but didn’t say a peep.
It was probably the biggest scandal ever perpetrated on the American people, on top of several scandals that were far worse than watergate.
Some of the biggest squealers are from the Golden State, which has been tarnished to graffiti by the former failed mayor of San Francisco, and now totally failed governor of California, Gavin “French Laundry” Newsome, and the most recent mayor of Los Angeles, whose leadership style is to appoint incompetent lesbians to important leadership positions, then leave the country and watch the city burn down to the ground from a 3rd world African country. Nice work if you can get it.
But hey, you voted for these absolute scoundrels, and you will again, no matter how much physical and economic damage they do to the state.

I checked my stocks today for the first time in a few weeks. Ouch. But hey the markets bounced back after 2008 and 2020--it'll come back again eventually--2028 maybe?
