When you order a G500, I believe there is a "sport" option that includes AMG fender flares and exhaust. Check with your dealer.

I see those attached photos. Those aren't AMG flares. Those are the regular non AMG flares. AMG cars have much wider fender flares that look much more aggressive.

Anyways, it should be possible to do the AMG exhaust on your car. Others have done it before.

Yes you can. It's called the Sport Package (which also includes the Exterior Stainless Steel Package):

The Sport Package includes carefully coordinated equipment for a sporty look of the exterior. It combines in a dynamic way with many sporting elegant design elements.

......if u are in the US, the price of the G550 is not that much apart from the G63 to justify adding the extra cost of obtains the sports package on the G550 instead of just getting the G63. By the time you do this you might be within $10-15K of the price of the G63

Agree about the cost of the G500 vs G63 in the US. That information was meant for the 2 door cabriolet G500 in EU.
