G63- new- 15k over msrp??
I am getting a new G63 with 15k over msrp. Is this a good deal, given the market for G’s has been going down?
other option is to wait for few more months to see if I can get it at MSRP.
thanks in advance.

No more MB:(
15K is not bad. It wouldn't deter me. There is no guarantee that MSRP will be easily attainable regardless of economic conditions. My dealer just got 60K so it will depend on local market.

There will almost always be more G buyers than cars produced.

I have a friend getting a few 23s at sticker. Note that with he is connected with the dealer friends and ordered these months ago. A dealer just paid him a 20k premium for to get it back. I think sticker was in the high 190s. So it seem event the dealers are willing to pay 20k over sticker. This friend is smart and amazingly has made a bunch using his dealer license to buy and sell in demand dealer ordered vehicles.

Haven't seen any offering MSRP... most of my research has found $20K over, with some wanting upwards of $40-$50K. I'm sure some are getting better deals (repeat customers, etc.) but this is what I've found recently...

10-15k on a new G63 with a desirable spec is fair. I wanted to close a deal on a 23 moonlight white G63 with bengal red G manufakturer interior and they wanted 30k over MSRP.
Demand for these cars is still high because they're great for business write offs and just fantastic vehicles overall to keep long term. Don't see getting an MSRP deal easily on a good spec without a dealer relationship.

I would say that on a nondesirable color such as Cardinal Red, you may be able to get to MSRP, on a highly desirable color such as Magno Copper Orange, $15k over would be a good deal. So depends upon what you are looking for.
I believe prices are more flexible currently because this is the last model year before the redesigned 2025s come out. Then probably high markups again. That's why I purchased a 2024.
