Burned rubber on E55

I just took this picture, this is something you don't see too often on E55s or benzes!

a close up, this was done friday night at the track, is it the tire rubber from heating the tires.

were u burning the rubber on the track or did u do the burnout off the track? And how long did u do it for? it must have been pretty fun though.

I burned rubber at the water trap on the track, I did it for about 5-7 seconds (I ususally do). And yes, it is always fun!

Do you think you could post some pics of your car with the Carlsonn 1/5's on it?? Also why didn't you go with 19's, just wondering.

haha, how? lets see 275 + 15 for pulleys (im being generous) + 1 or 2 maybe for exhaust + tinted windows, rims, door sills, and soon suspension = 290 hp i mean im somewhere in the range, not there yet.....

Here it is, I didn't go for 19s because:
1.- pot holes and horrible freeways and streets in Houston
2.- It required to put new tires, and the tires were new at that time (the 18s)
3.- Much more money for wheels and tires.
4.- didn't want to affect the speedometer reading
