It seems that one of our valuable information resources has forever vanished

You should send a follow-up email to see if there's any forwarding information or bits about where's he's gone now. Maybe someone there knows him well?

Robert was a great guy, and he did a few favors for me. I sincerely hope that he was promoted to a higher up position possibly at MBUSA or another dealership.
