What is your secret to keep your car smell nice (interior)?

Start with... No food, no cigs, no farting.
Then periodically, while running the ACC fan on high speed, spray automotive-grade air freshener in the cowl air intake for about 15 seconds. You want to permeate all the ductwork; not just the interior. This is the key. Then throw in one or two of these blocks...

lol oh man i do the same thing im very picky about the interior sometimes my whole outside is dirty as eff but interior is shiny and smells damn good......the spray thing works but i also get new freshners in the begining of the month.my fav is black ice but as my wife calls it black ***** lol

Smell fresh.
Get some sheets of fabric softener (use on you cloth's dryer), put it around your car (under the seats, in the glove box, the pocket on the back of the 2 front seats), it will kill the bad smell & your car smell fresh .

Those lil California Scent air refreshners are strong and last a pretty long time, so keeping one or two in your car helps.
And if you have food, put it in the trunk to avoid any lingering after-odors.

when u smoke in ur car, always open ONLY the window you are sitting next to. Do not open all four windows. After u r done, roll down all the windows and drive at least 40 mph to air it out. Do not keep food overnight and do not use ur mercedes as a delivery car. I also my My Schalden air freshener. It makes the car smell really good.

But I use what ever they rather short heavy set fellow at my carwash i go to almost everyweek sprays into my car.
