Keys cannot be reprogrammed. Your issue is that the car for some reason is not recognizing the key. One thing you can try is to be certain that the key end is clean. other than that its a trip to the dealers. Are both keys doing this?? If not you may have a bad key or one has dirt build up on the bottom. If both are doing this the fault is in the vehicle.

I can relate to your problem. Went to the beach last summer and forgot I had the key in my pocket. Salt water and keys don't mix! The key was completely destroyed. I cracked it opened and cleaned it with alcohol and used a hair dryer...didn't work. I had to drop $300 on a key and pay overnite deliver. All I can suggest is change the batteries or check to make sure the keys are for your car? A key will set you back a lot...so good luck with the ones you have.

I bought the car from copart , the car had just a messed up front bumper and also the suspension on the right side is not right. Car is bendin on the right side . They key problem is fine now . What happened is that the two keys that they gave me where not my cars so we finally got the right one . Hopefully the suspension problem is nothin major I'll have someone lookin at it tomorrow

You are in for a large expendature with the suspension. Hope you purchased the car with that in mind at the right price. One question re the keys, how did you get the car home from purchase with the incorrect keys??
