Do you guys feel special when you see another Mercedes?
Behind you
In front of you
On the other side of the road
Next to you
On the other lane?
All of the above?
Idk am I the only one who feels cool driving with other Mercedes models? Like today there was a C280 in front of me, there was an ML waiting at a traffic light, an E Class in the other lane. I thought it was cool
The other day I parked in between an ML, and an E Class thought that was awesome.

Lol finally a reply and a person to talk to about this
Like I seriously think there should be a sticker for people who are Mercedes Benz enthusiasts that will wave or wave back at you if you get what I'm saying.

Yes.
My little cousin is the same way - he gets so pumped when we're cruising with / park next to a Merc.
Are you an MBCA member?

Not normally. I like how some communities (e.g. motorcycles, Minis) wave at each other, but I think too many MB's are driven by non-enthusiasts for us to do this. Most soccer moms would probably think it a little creepy if I waved at them.
I have noticed the same black CL63 a couple of weekends in a row. It's driven by an older guy (I'd guess 60's at the youngest), and I'm starting to think he only takes it out to cruise along the same route every Sunday.

Idk a sticker would be cool to show that you are some kind of enthusiast without being a member of MBCA

We are always looking to add new members to our bloodline, I'm truly a Mercedes Benz enthusiast. I eat and sleep Mercedes, can't wait until the 2010 Formula One season to start, with two teams representing Mercedes Benz, and Micheal Schumachers return. It's going to be a great season. My biggest pet peeve is owners that neglect their Mercedes.

Thanks Yuille36 for posting the link - MBCA is a good organization & their regional sections often host some pretty cool events.
And amen. Keep it well oiled & clean or sell it.

Well, if it's a GL550 or somehing with "ghetto" styling, I'm a bit embarassed.
Otherwise, I just assume I'm not the only guy that appreciates the best automotive engineering. A lot of the time it looks sensible to assume someone bought their significant other a sweet, safe car.

nahh I've lost the inner benz in me. Growing up my parents ONLY drove Mercedes, my dad started with 500E then last 3 generations of S class, my mom E diesel and last 2 gen of SLK. Then I did the E class way.
But I see Mercedes now and it just doesnt do it for me like it use to. I love E55's but honestly I think my next car will be either another Audi or American.... Mercedes just looks boring to me now, all too common on the road these days.

there's nothing special seeing 50-60yo asian women driving them with their seat all the way up to the steering wheel. they are way too common to be special.
special only when seeing an enthusiast car properly modded, for each of those there's 5 badly modded turn your head and run type MBs though, so it's a rare sight.

Hello, I drive my 1963 190c, or 72 250c and still like to see other tightly maintianed mercedes sharing the road, yes many more drive for fashion, but fast find the hype is really a superior machine

But most times I see disappointments from people who mistreat them, which I can't stand

I live east of Pasadena and it's chock-a-block with MB's. If I waved at everyone I see, I'd be seriously unsafe with my hands off the wheel most of the time. It's not uncommon to look out the left, front, and right windows and see 3 or more while waiting at a light.
If I passed someone and they waved, I'd wave back. Back in 1969, I bought a new Corvette. Most Corvette owners waved at each other.
