Key not recognised (keyless go issues) - problem resolved

hi
keyless go was not working, the door did not open using even remote buttons...got wrong almost 4 out of 5 times. but once in the car, usually the gear start button would work, then that stopped working too..though ignition was still working.

I replaced battery...no improvement.

Then idea struck and i found the simple problem and solution: the battery holder was loose!!! so put a small piece of paper to tighten the battery holding and viola .....3rd day and im happy with my keyless go...
BTW i read some post saying put the key in ignition for an hour and it will reprogram itself...i tried that but after 10 minutes realised it is non sense and stopped...(this was before finding the solution above)

I did the piece of paper battery trick suggested here and now my keyless go works every time when in my pocket!
I highly recommend this to everyone before they go and buy a new key.
