Hi guys, when you have very small chips, don't apply any pressure on the tube, let the stainless tip do the work, that way you should be able to do extra small chips. Thanks

I just want to remind you of a few tips: Shake your pen thorougly for at least 1 min, then draw a long line on the test paper , before applying it to your car.

I received my genecolor paint touch up pen a few weeks ago.

I've now had a chance to use it. The pen is of high quality and worked very well. The color (Mercedes Brilliant Silver 744) matched my paint exactly. Make sure you shake the pen for the full two minutes to adequately mix the paint especially on metallic colors.

I enjoyed the fact that you can squeeze to dispense the right amount of product needed.

I personally recommend this product.

I just ordered one, how many spots can I touch up with this? I have a lot of scratches on my bumper. When I entered my cars info they didn't have my color so I had to change the year to 2001 to find the right color code for my 2003 ml500.

Hi, you can touch up around 2000 dots. For some models you'll find more colors codes on different years. Thanks

What does it look like? Is it a number or an actual name of a color?

it's a sticker on the inside of the door but not on the door itself usually near the bottom with it 3 digit code
