E55 AMG Vs. CL500 or SL500

You have 100k to spend on a new MB.

I think this is a touch choice. both cars are about 10k of each other and they are both beautiful.

What would you guys choose?

So just to be clear

E55 Vs CL500
E55 vs. SL500

I was going to just do E55 vs CL500 but There are some that like the SL more than the CL and vice versa.

I dont know what to vote for so I will hold off for now.

E55 is like the ultimate MB. Its an 500 hp AMG and it has 4 doors and is luxurious.

CL500/ SL500 - on looks alone i would pick one of these. Interiors are gorgeous and the power is adequate for daily use. So many features as well on these cars. Amazing. The CL is just about my favorite MB as well.

Cast your votes, Opinions.

Nothing
I would pick the E55 just for performance. But looks wise there is nothing that touch the CL imo.

Skip the CL its way too outdated now the replacement is not that far off (resale value will take a nose dive)

I'd say the SL if your after luxury ride with that wonderful drop top. Its a lot more exclusive and it definetly has more sex appeal than the E and CL.

The E55 is more of a luxo 4 door sedan get that if you need the 4 doors + 5 seats.

Yup I'd strike the CL from that list too. The front headlights look outdated and the car is way too long for its own good.

I'd get the SL, but the E is close behind. Just depends on your needs. If you like to take on more than 1 passenger then go for the E. If you like the open top and sporty look go for the SL.

Minor on visual, major on performance in the mid year face-lift.

After thinking about it I would have to go with the E55 AMG. I love the CL so much but a 500 hp AMG Super Sedan is too good to pass up. So my vote will go toward the E55.
