What happened at Fletcher Jones? Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach must be a complete change from FJ, that place is pretty small I hear. Well, good to have you back.

Cool

Yes, it's a whole culture change from FJ but things are changing here significantly. The new opportunity is exactly what I was looking into while at the other place. I get to develope and manager the new Business Development Center. We will be handling all Fleet and Internet sales including Lease Retention and Special Marketing. And, I don't have to work 7 days a week, either. My wife really appreciates that aspect.

MBZ Long Beach is currently building a much larger facility in the Signal Hill Auto Center and the Grand Opening is expected in late September. If you're familiar with the new Irvine BMW store, we're owned by the same family and our new Center will be very similiar.

I'm also glad to be back in with the MBWorld.org group.

Welcome back Robert. I was beginning to worry about where you had disappeared to.

Thanks! I didn't go far, just re-acquainted myself with my wife whom I didn't get to see much for the past three years. It's good to hear from you, too.

Take care,

...RAB

Some people would pay good money to get "Un-acquainted" with their wife however..

I DID pay good money. I went from a six-figure income to nothing just for the priviledge. Darn, she's expensive.

Come to think of it, she did mention something about her becoming "Un-acquainted" with me if I didn't get back to work soon. ...RAB
