Mercedes Me online

When we first registered online, the "vehicles" section showed both our MB's with the warranty expiration dates and mileage. When we bought the extended warranties, that information was updated in this section. Sometime recently, the warranty info has disappeared from both cars. I'd appreciate it any of you who had ever seen their warranty info on Mercedes Me would please check to see if the info is still there and let me know.

Thank you.

I just checked and the warranty information has disappeared from mine as well. It used to show my factory warranty and my CPO extension. This app is basically crap.

Will wonders never cease?!? Got the below response. Not what I wanted to hear, but at least it's not just me.

Thank you for your email to Mercedes-Benz USA.

We apologize for any frustration with regards to the CPO warranty information not being available on the Mercedes Me app.

We can confirm that for VIN#: the warranty is until 5/12/21, unlimited mileage and for VIN#: the warranty is until 3/2/21, unlimited mileage. Both are still eligible for complimentary Roadside Assistance through MBUSA.

Please know this information is available in all dealership data bases should warranty work be required. In the meantime we have documented your concerns. IT is addressing these issues with the recent update and appreciate your patience during this time.

Best wishes for future safe and pleasant driving. Have an enjoyable day.

Oh fun. The warranty info is back on Mercedes Me. Except it's wrong. It shows that the original warranties for both cars expired last year, which is correct. It doesn't show the CPO extension nor the further extension I bought for both cars. I'm not worried, but they surely don't have their oars in the water.

Mercedes me is, unfortunately, a failed app and service.

My prepaid maintenance status was displayed on the app, then the information disappeared. The app functionality is weak, and remote start works 10% of the time. I repeat, Mercedes me is a failed app and service.

BMW Connected is a far better app and service. The only shortcoming of the BMW app is the absence of remote start. All other aspects are far superior to Mercedes me.

Mine's the same way - factory warranty shows, CPO does not. This app is pure crap.

I agree that BMW's app (not to mention their iDrive) is far superior to what Mercedes-Benz is offering. "The best or nothing" - ha!

The Mercedes ME app is outdated now, and is now replaced by ME Connect for newer vehicles. However, my Mercedes ME shows the warranty and the correct expiration date. So what? I know this anyways. How many times do you need to access an app to see your warranty?

That's not the point - the point is that they can't even keep their own records consistent.
