Does all the dealers give you free car wash?

I know some people say that they got unlimited free car wash when they bought their benz.

If yes, which dealer? Do you have a sticker or card to show them that you are eligible to get a freebie?

Thanks.

Yes, all four OC dealers that I know of give free car washes. Some offer better food and beverages than others. Just got one this morning because my car got a little wet on Monday. From what I know they all only provide this if you bought the car there. I know Fletcher Jones and MB of Laguna Niguel have a small sticker on the window to show the car was purchased there.

Are you 60 miles southeast in San Diego, northwest in LA or northeast in San Bernadino or southwest in Catalina?

The few times I've brought my car back to the dealer in Houston (Greenway Plaza) for service of some kind, they've washed it for me. I'm glad to see this, I've never seen a dealer i the US do that.
Only place I've seen it done is Nissan and Chrysler in Mexico City

I have not, knock on wood. However I've seen my dealer's car wash system. It looks like the one you would get in a gas station with the high pressure water and the soap, it's brush-less which is good. After that it is then hand dryed.

Yes, and they'll never wash it again. Took the car in for an early oil change. There is one swipe right down the middle of the hood. The width is about the length of a hand and it is the entire length of the hood. I looks like a towel was dropped on the shop floor and then picked up. I didn't discover it until a couple of days later after I put brighter bulbs in the garage. I was going to tell them when I took it in not to wash it but I forgot. I won't forget next time!

Mercedes of San Diego offer free car wash, donuts, water bottle and soda through out the day and Mon.-Sat. They also offer ML-Class for free during your car is in for service/repair. Cool huh?

I live in columbus ohio and my local benz dealer gives free unlimited washes. No card or anything like that is needed, if its a benz, any model, they wash it free. They only take like five minutes and, from my experience, they do an excellent job. Its worth it to me to drive a few miles out of the way to get a quality car wash for free.

In Toronto, all dealers give complimentary car washes whenever you take the car for service. Also free cookies and coffee. Mind you, all Toronto dealers are owned by MB.

like Class C said...House of Import gives free car washes. i don't think it matters where u bought the car. just go up to one of the service consultan and ask them to give your car a complimentary car wash any time of the day as long as the service dept is open.

IMO Penske Jag dealer has the best food and drinks...u don't even have to service your car there to get something to eat...hehe...don't get me wrong...my dad does have a Jag XJ-12 and we are there like once in two months

ASC is located on Glebe Road just north of route 50 in Arlington. Not sure about their policy for non-ASC vehicles, but I was told I could have mine washed anytime I was in the area.... Took about 15 minutes, enough time for a cup of coffee and check out the showroom. Well worth the 3 mile drive!

free washes anytime at ANY hendrick dealer. Whether it be at the MB BMW Porsche, Chevy, Lexus. There is a little sticker on car. They have the same model of brushless carwash at every dealership. you can either drop it off and go get snacks inside, or if you are in a hurry you can ride it through yourself.
My dealer if about 75 miles away, but the Hendrick BMW place is 5 miles down road. I stop by all the time. Great washes. It takes 8 minutes though. They have this stuff that sits on car for about 4 minutes then rinse. Its great.

8 minutes? That's not a real car wash, that's like what you get for free or a $1 when you fill up at the gas station. My dealer pressure washes the wheels, hand washes the car, puts it through a rinsing station, vaccums and wipes down the interior, cleans the windows inside and out, hand dries the car, armour-all's the tires. Pretty much what you get at a full service car wash for at least $10. It takes at best 30 minutes but if you come at the wrong time and there's a line of 30 cars it can take 1 1/2 hours (they can only do 10 cars at a time).
