Help needed with service information
Hello.

I am a newbie here in this forum. I live in Europe and had purchased a CLS from Canada. In Europe we do not have access to US/Canadian service history. Is someone willing to help me with providing the history and, of course, I am willing to pay for the favor?

Sadly, VMI (vehicle master inquiry) are confidential in Canada, by law, dealerships are not allowed to print those. They can't even give customers XENTRY papers. It stinks : (

Sorry for the bad news but I love to be wrong though.

do you know if I make an official request together with new ownership status they will send me some info?
Or if someone is willing to just confirm that two works have been done?

Hello. Many cars (including MB) have history in carfax and etc, but not this one. What is the reason, what do you think?

Yes, no history there at all. Just registration info. No service info. Which is strange for an AMG car…

Guess the previous driver did oil changes outside the dealership network or the dealership didn't report the service.

Really strange that nobody serviced the car never since 2009 in an official dealer having in mind it is an AMG and had warrantee, don’t you think? Or the online registry is from a later year? Do you know a means on how I can find names if previous owners so I can try to find them on FB and ask them some friendly questions? This is important for me so I can decide what I should and shouldn’t do to the car…

The name which I guess confidential only appears on the vehicle master inquiry (VMI), if you request for one, they will redact the information.

Monthing strange, my car had CPO and has extended warranty now.
And I made 0 visits to a dialer so they have 0 service records.
