Why Theres 2 Different GL450 Control Panels??

The one on the left is like the GL that I drove. What is this on the right side? Could it be for European version?

One seems to have some sort of suspension package.

Interesting

The pic on the right shows the GL with the Off Road Pro technical package which gives it a 3 lockable differential locks. 2 fully locking differentials (rear and center with the front lockable through the 4matic system). This 4X4 diff package will be standard in Europe I believe but then of course the GL will cost more because of it.

The GLs without that package will have just the 4matic system I believe.

The commands are different which seems strange. Unless one is a command and one is just a radio.

The command on the right has the off-road package.

GMW and EFant are correct. Both are US versions but one (right) has the off-road pkg.

Close AutoSaurus. The one on the right is a European model because the temps are in degrees Celcius and the buttons for the phone on the euro versions are all white symbols against the black background. The U.S. models have the words like mute, send, end, etc. in green, red, etc. I think I read somewhere that the off road package is standard on the euro models as well.

The one on the left has lines on both sides of the phone buttons that look like maybe the whole screen flips down to allow a disc insertion where the one on the right doesn't. The euro command must be different. An offroad package wouldn't use a different command.

You're right I stand corrected. Everything starts to look the same at this stage.
