Looking to purchase used 2007 0r 2008 GL 450
Wondering if anyone could help me out here? My husband died 5 years ago and I have 4 young children. I've never purchased a vehicle before on my own, but now I need to replace my Cadillac Escalade esv. I wanted to purchase a 2007 or 2008 GL 450, but wondered the best price and things I should look for, when negotiating with the salesperson. I live in California, does anyone know anyone wanting to sell or who can I trust and what should I look for when negotiating? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, welcome to the forum. There's good people here willing to help. First, I'd suggest starting a new 'thread' with your questions. You posted in a thread for posting pictures of your new vehicle. I'm afraid many don't look here as often.
My first piece of advice is start looking at things like KBB.com, NADA.com to understand what your Cadillac and the GL450 is worth. Autotrader.com can also be a good avenue to see prices. Remember that dealers tend to price a little higher than private sellers. The more information you have going into the negotiation the better.

Anniversary present. Previous '05 ML350 special edition. Still a great car. But love the diesel. 540 mile range on combined city and highway, very impressive. bought in December.

2007 GL450
Memorial Day Weekend with GL450
Hey guys, this weekend I took my GL to Eastern WA for some camping. We found a nice little trail that rose from an elevation of about 2100ft to 4300ft. The trail had several switchbacks, mud pits, and a few sections to crawl over some rocks about a foot or so in size. The view from the top was well worth the effort.
Also took a couple little videos of the GL playing in the mud puddles.

2010 GL five fiddy
Some shots of the new to us 2010 GL 550. Got it with 11,273 on the clock and it's got most of what we wanted. We love it.
