The inner fender had to be slightly modified in order to accommodate the tire. It 'scrapes' the inner fender at full lock, but nothing major.

Also, I have a GL450, no sport mode.

thanks i tried that on mine n didn't wanna play with liner canada too much snow ..looks clean as hell i like the simple 5 star look on GL close to factory look n easy to clean …24s make this look like a truck ..

We went from a Honda Pilot to a GL320.


Ignoring the Lux factor, they are more similar in design and concept than most anything else in the class up till about 2012.

Finally other companies have purpose built large SUVs that don't share a platform (or at least a platform history) with crappy riding trucks or lightweight minivans.
