Convenience Feature - Seat not Moving
In the Menu on the steering wheel, there is a convenience feature that when you remove the Key and open the door the steering wheel automatically tilts up and the seat suppose to move back a few inches. On mine only the steering wheel tilts up and the seat does not move. Are any of you using this feature and does the seat move on yours? This is not a big deal, but i just like it because friends and family are impressed when they see the steering adjusting when I stick the key in....now if i can get the seat to move, it will be one more wow.

Believe the feature is "easy exit" which moves wheel up and in and moves seat back when active.
Most likely your seat is back all the way so it cannot move back anymore when you leave the vehicle.
Not sure on entry but either mine is not active or it's exit only cause my seat does not move either.

Yep, it's on in the menu. Also, it is not pushed back all the way. I can move it more than 2" from where it's now. I guess the next time I visit the dealer, I will have the techs check it out.

Just checked mine this morning. It is set so that the wheel and seat are suppose to move. Only the steering wheel raises up. I tried with the key and the keyless go plug to see if that makes a difference. Nothing.
MBUSA cut out several items and accessories that other countries get.
It is not that big of a deal. But if it is suppose to work, then it should!

My understanding is that it will move the seat back if the current position is forward past a certain point. With my wifes seat position it moves back and with mine it doesn't. Try moving the seat further forward before taking the key out.
