Roof Cargo Container
Anyone have the large cargo container? Was wondering if it made lots of wind noise. Do you think it will go in an average parking garage?

Can't comment on the cargo container but I had the cross bars and they alone made a lot of wind noise. I took them off after the first week and the wind noise went away. I would assume with both the cross bars and cargo container at once it would be pretty noisy.........

Depends where I'm going.
I have a large Yakima roofbox and it makes some noise but it's not bad at all. I thought noise would be an issue as well but it's quieter than roof mounted bike racks that I have and a hell of a lot quieter than my noisy Michelin Diamaris tires.

The wind noise is nominal in my opinion. I think it is because the cargo box sits behind the moonroof.
It does not fit in my garage at home but it will fit in my local mall garages.
Anyone have pics of their cargo carrier?
Regards,
Mel

I have a Thule roof container. It's padded nylon and would lay directly on top. Would have to move the back crossbar out of the recommended position. Moved them and it seemed to secure well. Now for a test drive at 85mph. Can you post pics of the Nakima?
